HOW IT WORKS
JC PERFORMANCE is all about helping developed players add that extra edge to their game. Each block of classes will develop players technically, physically and mentally, helping them to truly understand what they are capable of they put mind over matter. JC PERFORMANCE also gives players a huge confidence boost and develops real self belief, as we ensure that they will succeed in each session they train. We have also developed an important social dynamic within the groups so that there is competition amoungst the players but also a desire to see your team mates succeed. This has led to players pushing each other in a constructive and positive way.
1. TRAINING BLOCKS
Sessions are split into 3 month blocks. 1 session a week.
Each block of sessions will consist of approximately 12 - 13 sessions.
At the end of the 3 month block, a new block of sessions commences the following week.
2. SESSION CONTENT
Each training session will have a specific skill set focus.
Each block with have 4 specific focused skill sets.
The skill set rotates each week. X3 training sessions of each skill set over the course of the 3 month block.
3. PLAYER EVALUATION
At the end of the block, each player will receive an evaluation on their performance.
This evaluation will be based on the training of the block specific skill sets.
This information also influences the new skill sets for the following block.
